All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods, new drops, or seasonal campaigns — but we will always communicate delays transparently.

We currently ship within the United States. If you’re located internationally, feel free to reach out directly to see if we can accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis. We are working toward expanding global access to Nealty as our community grows.

Shipping times are determined by the carrier you select at checkout. Standard delivery generally takes between 3 to 7 business days once your order leaves our facility. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or damages caused during transit. We encourage you to reach out directly to the carrier using the tracking number provided for the most up-to-date information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
